(Stephenville, Tx) – A candlelight vigil was held last night near Pittman Lake in Stephenville, for 28-year-old Patrick Sauceda.

Stephenville Police say Sauceda was leaving work around 6 a.m. Tuesday when his car was struck by a passing Fort Worth & Western train at a railroad crossing in the 600 blk of Caporal Drive.  He was taken to Texas Health Resources Stephenville, where he was pronounced dead about an hour later.  Workers inside the building at Coral Industries say they could hear the train horn blowing before the collision.

The accident remains under investigation.
