(Stephenville, Tx) – Police in Stephenville want to alert the public about more credit card skimming devices found on gas pumps at a local convenience store.

The electronic skimmers were found Thursday on two gas pumps at Lilli Food, located at 1165 W. Washington Street, by a technician working on the pumps.  According to a press release from Stephenville PD, a technician called in last week to repair one of the pumps, didn’t notice the device at the time, but on Thursday returned with parts to repair the pump and made the discovery.

Police say the technician and store employees contacted police immediately and are cooperating with the investigation.  They are also asking that anyone with suspicious credit card activity contact their office.
