(Cleburne, Tx) – A former deputy with the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office has been sentenced to six years in prison after pleading guilty to aggravated sexual assault of a child.

Investigators with the Sheriff’s Office say the case first came to light in August of 2018 when a concerned resident informed them that 23-year-old Toby Bryce Allison was allegedly having a sexual relationship with a 13-year-old girl.  According to the Cleburne Times Review, the arrest warrant shows Allison first met the victim on Instagram and that she did inform him she was 13 at the time.

He also pleaded guilty to indecency with a child and was sentenced to 10 years probation by a Judge.  Allison was terminated by the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office shortly after his arrest last year.
