(Austin, TX) — A woman is in Travis County Jail, accused of spraying blood and urine on paintings of governors and the security guards at the Texas State Capitol in Austin.

Police say the incident happened on Monday.  Amber Green ran away from the Capitol grounds afterward, but state troopers later arrested her.  Green is accused of harassment of a public servant, evading arrest, and other charges.
