A water main leak, has forced Monarch Utilities to issue a boil water notice to customers in the Oak Trail Shores neighborhood.

The water utility company’s website says the boil water notice is for Lake Granbury Estates, Oak Trail Plaza, Oak Trail Shores, Arrowhead Shores and Lake Granbury Harbor neighborhoods until further notice.  All water should be boiled prior to consumption, this includes water used for making ice, brushing teeth and food preparation.

Monarch says they will notify customers when the boil water notice is lifted.
