Man Gets Life For Kidnapping Of FW Child

(Fort Worth, TX) — A man convicted of kidnapping an 8-year-old girl is heading to prison for life.

Michael Webb was handed a life sentence Thursday after he was found guilty by jury in September for a federal kidnapping conviction. He kidnapped the girl in front of her mother as they were walking in their Ryan Place neighborhood back in May. He then took her to a Forest Hills motel and allegedly molested her.

Webb still faces nine state charges including, aggravated sexual assault of a child.
