(Joshua, TX) – The Cleburne Times Review reports Joe Hollarn won Saturday’s special election receiving 249 votes against Robert Fleming, who received 235 votes.

However Hollarn is not new to the job, he previously served as Joshua’s Mayor from 2010 until last June when he lost his seat to Kenny Robinson.  Robinson resigned in August after only two months in office.

This will be Hollarn’s fourth term in office.
