(Stephenville, Tx) – Erath County has become the latest in Texas to pass a resolution declaring itself as a Second Amendment sanctuary county.

County Commissioners voted unanimously this week to pass the resolution.  Erath County Judge Alfonso Campos tells the Stephenville Empire Tribune, the resolution confirms that the county intends to follow the Constitutional guidelines already in place nationwide.

Erath joins Hood and Parker Counties in becoming a second amendment sanctuary.  Both counties passed their resolutions in October.
