(Mansfield, Tx) – Tributes and reactions on social media are pouring in for beloved Mansfield football coach Daniel Maberry, who died Tuesday at his home, following a 2 year battle with cancer.

He was just 47.  Mayberry was diagnosed with Stage 4 lymphoma in January 2018.  He had been part of the Mansfield ISD for the last 20 years.  Many members of the community and his former players have posted on social media about the impact Mayberry made in their lives.
