(Fort Worth, Tx) – A dangerous stunt near downtown Fort Worth stalled traffic on the South Freeway and resulted in the arrest of 3 men.

Police say shortly after 10:00 Wednesday night, they started getting calls about cars doing donuts in the middle of the southbound lanes of I-35W near the downtown Mixmaster.   At one point, police estimate more than 500 cars were backed up.

Two men from Crowley and a Fort Worth teen were arrested for taking part in the stunt.  Police say another driver got away, but they got the license plate number of the vehicle.  Investigators seized the cellphones of the men and plan to take a look at the videos that were shot.  More charges are expected.
