DFW’s First Coronavirus Patient Recovers, Released From Hospital

(Dallas, TX)  —  There’s finally some good news in the midst of the coronavirus outbreak.

Dallas County health officials are reporting that the county’s first patient to test positive for the virus was released from the hospital on Saturday.   The 77-year-old man is described as being in “great shape.”  In addition to being the county’s first case, he’s the first North Texas coronavirus patient to recover.
