Fort Worth Diocese Will Distribute Communion Outside After Mass

(Fort Worth, TX) — Catholic churches in the Diocese of Fort Worth will distribute communion outside, after Mass is celebrated.

All parishes in the diocese are celebrating Mass without worshipers in the church to slow the spread of the virus. In a pastoral letter on Wednesday, Bishop Michael Olson wrote that communion will be distributed “in designated spaces after Mass for those who are present in their cars or separated by a safe distance.”
