(Chico, Tx) – The school district said they were notified about the positive test over the weekend by the unidentified employee.

No information about the employee has been released, however Chico ISD Superintendent Scott Higgins posted that the patient is doing well and “Those who may have been exposed…. have been notified and advised to self-quarantine and monitor symptoms consistent with CDC guidelines”.  Higgins added that the person has not had any contact with students.   As of Monday, two district employees have reportedly self-quarantined.
