(Austin, TX) — Country music legend George Strait is a participant in a children’s online reading program.

He read the children’s book “Never Ask a Dinosaur to Dinner” over a Facebook Live broadcast on Tuesday. Strait was invited to read the book as part of the Stars of Texas Storytime program.

Texas First Lady Cecilia Abbott started the virtual program last month to help entertain and promote reading to Texas school kids who are stuck at home during the pandemic.
