Events Canceled, Employees Furloughed As North Texas City Budgets Suffer

(Dallas, TX) — Cities in North Texas are experiencing a budget crunch as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.

About 80 city employees in Fort Worth, who run the Fort Worth Convention Center and the Will Rogers Memorial Center, will be furloughed on May 18^th, possibly until July.
