As of this week, there are 72 out of the 254 Texas counties have qualified to open at 50% occupancy rules for restaurants and shops because they have no more than 5 active cases of Coronavirus.

Here in North Texas those counties include Erath, Hamilton, Jack, Somervell and Wise.

Besides active cases, counties are also required to make Covid-19 testing available and provide the community with information regarding symptoms and CDC guidelines.
