(Arlington, TX) — Some Texas Rangers season ticket holders aren’t happy with the team’s refund policy for games canceled by the pandemic.
Fans who bought a single ticket to a single affected game have a choice between a refund, a credit, and a rain check that’ll earn free additional tickets. Options are more limited for people who ponied up nearly 20-thousand-dollars for season tickets.
The Rangers are offering individual ticket holders refunds for unplayed April games, but season ticket holders are offered a credit toward the postseason or next year.
