(Fort Worth, TX)  —  ATF agents are on the lookout for a pair of arsonists who set a fire at the Tarrant County Southwest Courthouse.

The two suspects started the fire at the courthouse on Granbury Road, near Chisholm Trail Parkway, around 2:30 the morning of June 1st.  The blaze damaged Constable Jon Siegel’s office, but Siegel says he doesn’t believe he was targeted.  He sees the crime as part of an attack on law enforcement arising from the riots after George Floyd’s death at the hands of Minneapolis police.

The courthouse is a government building, so the arson is a federal crime.  A $6,000 reward is being offered by the ATF for information in the case.
