NASCAR Returning To Texas

(Fort Worth, TX) — Fans are set to enter the Texas Motor Speedway next month.

The Speedway released a statement on Friday saying Governor Gregg Abbott gave the go-ahead for plans so the NASCAR Cup Series O’Reilly Auto Parts 500 could take place. The statement said social distancing measures will be in place. Abbott says he applauds the Texas Motor Speedway for their efforts to ensure the race meets all the safety requirements.

The race was originally set to take place on March 27th but has been pushed to July 19th.
