(Arlington, TX) — Several items from the Rangers’ first regular season game in Globe Life Field are on their way to the National Baseball Hall of Fame.
The sports museum in Cooperstown, New York, asked for the baseball tossed in the first pitch in last Friday’s game against the Rockies, along with the jersey worn by winning pitcher Lance Lynn and one of the bases used in the game. The Hall of Fame also asked for tickets from the arena’s originally scheduled season opener on March 31st.
That game was canceled because of the pandemic.
