Cowboys Stumble In Opener

(Inglewood, CA) — The Cowboys lost 20-17 to the Rams in their season opener and ruin head coach Mike McCarthy’s Dallas debut at SoFi Stadium.

Ezekiel Elliott caught a 19-yard touchdown pass from Dak Prescott and also plunged in from a yard out in defeat. He rushed for 96 yards on 22 carries and had three catches for 31 yards. Prescott threw for 266 yards and was sacked three times.

Dallas plays their home opener this coming Sunday against the Falcons.
