Dallas Cop On Patrol The Day JFK Was Assassinated Dies

(Dallas, TX) — A Dallas police officer who was on patrol the day President John F. Kennedy was assassinated has died.

The Dallas Morning News reports Frank Williams passed away at the age of 87 on Wednesday.

Williams was featured in a video in 2013 for the 50th anniversary of JFK’s assassination. He said then that he believed police arrested the correct suspect when they got Lee Harvey Oswald.
