(Corsicana, TX)  —  Some residents of Corsicana are picking up the pieces after a tornado touched down on Wednesday morning.

Navarro County officials say the twister struck southwest of Corsicana around 11 a.m. with 50 mph winds.  The storm happened so fast, the weather service didn’t have time to issue a tornado warning.

The tornado knocked over some trees and damaged 13 mobile homes.  No injuries were reported.
