(Austin, TX) — Millions of Texans are still without power as freezing temperatures grip the state.
About two-point-seven million homes are without heat in Texas after this week’s huge winter storm, which has also cut off water supplies for millions and isolated entire communities. Residents in over 100 counties have been told to boil their drinking water.
Freezing temperatures may last through the weekend, and are expected to complicate efforts to get the power back on.
