(Frisco, TX)  —  The Dallas Cowboys are agreeing to a monumental contract with their quarterback.

The team and Prescott have reportedly agreed to a four-year deal worth 160-million-dollars, of which 126-million is guaranteed, a new NFL record.  The deal’s no-trade and no-tag clause means he could return to the negotiating table in three-years.

Prescott, who turns 28 in July, missed most of the 2020 season after a compound fracture and dislocation of his right ankle in Week Five against the New York Giants.  He was a fourth-round pick of Dallas in the 2016 NFL Draft and has a 42-and-27 record as a starter in his time with the silver and blue.
