(Undated) — Pioneer Woman Ree Drummond’s nephew and husband are expected to be okay after a car crash at their Oklahoma ranch.

Drummond took to Facebook on Thursday to update fans on their condition.  She said they are still in the hospital but things are looking good.  She said her family is thankful that things weren’t worse and thanked fans for their love and kindness.

The Highway Patrol says Caleb Drummond was thrown 70 feet from a fire truck after not wearing a seatbelt.  OHP says the 21-year-old crashed into Ree’s husband, Ladd, who was also driving a fire truck.

They say high winds caused low visibility on the dirt road.
