(Washington, DC) — Texas is leading the way in a lawsuit against the Biden White House over the canceled Keystone XL oil pipeline.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton and Montana Attorney General Austin Knudsen filed suit in a Texas federal district court on Wednesday.  Nineteen other Republican-led states have joined the suit, claiming the pipeline would have boosted the economy, even in states it didn’t pass through.

The group says Biden overstepped his authority by revoking the pipeline’s permit by executive order, a move they say killed thousands of jobs.
