Country Singer Dies In North Texas Traffic Accident

(Euless, TX) — Officials are announcing the death of 33-year-old country-western singer Taylor Dee in a traffic accident in North Texas.

Police say Dee was in a single-vehicle crash March 14th, in Euless. Her SUV hit a barrier as she tried to exit from State Highway 183 to Highway 360. Dee wasn’t wearing a seatbelt, and was ejected from the vehicle as it rolled over. A male passenger was hospitalized, but wasn’t seriously hurt. The Tarrant County Medical Examiner is awaiting the results of toxicology reports in connection with the crash.

Dee, whose real name was Taylor Dawn Carroll, was the mother of two young children.
