Cryptocurrency Kiosks Coming To Houston HEB Stores

(Houston, TX) – More than two-dozen HEB stores will soon be equipped with cryptocurrency kiosks.

Digital currency provider Coin Cloud says it will install the machines, which allow customers to both make purchases using the digital currency and also purchase more coins. Customers will have access to more than 30 cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin, Litecoin, and Ethereum, as well as several U.S. dollar stablecoins.

San Antonio-based HEB says 29 stores in the Houston area will participate in the pilot program.

No word on if the program will be coming to North Texas locations.
