(Plano, TX) —  A couple says they are still in shock but unhurt after a lawnmower blade hit their windshield while driving on I-635.

Lauren Drum spoke about the incident yesterday, saying she was driving with her husband Jackson on Saturday when a vehicle in front of them kicked up road debris.  Part of the debris was a 20-inch lawnmower blade that crashed through the passenger side of the couple’s SUV.

Auto Club Triple-A says an average of 125 people died annually from road debris crashes between 2011 and 2014.
