(Stephenville, Tx) – Stephenville ISD executive director of Curriculum and Instruction, Kelly Magin, has been appointed as the interim superintendent beginning Sept. 1st, according to a social media post from the district.

Magin holds a bachelor’s and a Master’s degree from Tarleton State University.  She has also served the district as an assistant principal and principal.

Magin will take the helm of SISD in the interim after Matt Underwood announced his resignation last month stating he has accepted a new position at Ranger College.
