(Inglewood, CA) — Greg Zuerlein nailed a 56-yard field goal as time expired that clinched a 20-17 Cowboys win over the Los Angeles Chargers in Inglewood.
Rushing touchdowns from Tony Pollard and Ezekiel Elliott gave Dallas a 14-11 first-half lead. Pollard had 13 carries for 109 yards. Dak Prescott didn’t find the end zone, as the Cowboys quarterback went 23-of-27 for 237 yards with an interception. Dallas was able to overcome the turnovers with two interceptions of its own off Justin Herbert.
The Cowboys are 1-and-1 and play their first home game next Monday night against the Eagles.
