State Fair Returns This Weekend, With Pandemic Precautions

(Dallas, TX) — The State Fair of Texas reopens this weekend after being shut down last year by the pandemic.

Since the virus is still with us, there are some precautions for visitors to follow this year. Masks will be required indoors and highly recommended in crowded outdoor areas. They’ll be available at the fair. Hundreds of hand sanitizer stations are set up, and all vendors will be required to have hand sanitizer.

Some popular attractions are relocated to make room for social distancing.

The fair opens on Friday and runs through October 17th.
