Charges Filed In Deadly Drunk Driving Crash In Arlington

(Arlington, TX) — Charges have been filed in connection with a deadly drunk driving crash in Arlington that claimed the life of a young couple and their unborn child.

31-year-old Adan Hermosillo Garcia is charged on multiple counts, including three counts of intoxication manslaughter. Police say Garcia was intoxicated early Saturday morning when he slammed his SUV into a vehicle that was disabled on the shoulder along Highway 360.

28-year-old Justin Eric Dike was killed, along with his pregnant girlfriend, 29-year-old Alexius Mills, and their unborn baby, who was due in December.
