Texas AG Paxton Defends Fighting Vax Mandates

(Austin, TX) — The Texas attorney general is fighting vaccine mandates.

Republican Ken Paxton appeared on FOX News on Sunday and said companies need to take care of their own workers and the federal government needs to stay out of mandates. Paxton claims the federal government has no authority to mandate companies to require vaccines against coronavirus.

The U.S. Court of Appeals delayed the implementation of the Biden vaccine requirement, which is tied up right now in the courts.
