Paxton Announces Lawsuit Over Head Start Vaccine Mandate

(Austin, TX) — Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is filing another lawsuit against the Biden Administration.

Paxton announced Tuesday he is suing the White House over the COVID vaccine mandate for all staff and volunteers of the Head Start program, along with the mask mandate for anyone in the program ages two and up. The A-G claims the mandates could lead to resignations by staff members and parents withdrawing their children from the program.

This is Paxton’s fourth legal challenge to the federal government’s COVID mandates this year.
