Central Texas Transplant Using Billboard To Find Love

(Austin, TX) — A 66-year-old Texas transplant is using a billboard to find love.

Jim Bays moved to Central Texas six months ago and decided to ‘think outside the box’ when it came to finding a woman to spend the rest of his days with. He saw a billboard for sale on Highway 29 east of Bertram and the rest is history.

In addition to his picture and a description of who he’s looking for, there’s a telephone number prospective suitors can call to get in touch.

So far, the unorthodox method seems to be working. Bays reported that he’s scored half a dozen dates already.
