(Dallas, TX) — The Cowboys are home for good until the NFL’s 2022 season starts in the fall.
They fell to the visiting San Francisco 49ers 23-17 on Sunday afternoon at AT&T Stadium in NFL’s Wild Card Weekend. Dak Prescott threw for a touchdown and ran in for another but it wasn’t enough. The Cowboys did manage to tie a team playoff record of 14 penalties.
The loss brings the postseason to a close for Dallas, which has lost 11 of its last 15 playoff games.
