Two Arrested For Involvement In Murder In Keene

(Cleburne, TX) — Two men are in custody for their suspected involvement in the shooting death of a man in the Johnson County city of Keene.

Officers arrested Jose Ruiz Paredes and Isaac Lopez in Cleburne. Both are charged with engaging in criminal activity, and Lopez is also charged with tampering with evidence. Investigators say 21-year-old Carlos Flores was killed in a shooting that also wounded two other people.

Officers found illegal drugs at the scene, and they’re trying to figure out if they had anything to do with the shooting.
