(Granbury, TX) — A North Texas school district is removing some books it considers age-inappropriate from its libraries.
Granbury ISD took five books, all of them by author Abbi Glines, off school library shelves because of their “explicit sexual content.” Granbury High School Principal Jeremy Ross says it was the right move to make because the books are “completely inappropriate” for high schoolers.
The district is also looking over the content of about 130 other books.
