Abbott Announces Day Of Prayer For Ukraine This Weekend

(Austin, TX)  —  A day of prayer for Ukraine is set for Sunday in Texas.

Governor Greg Abbott announced the plan today saying the Governor’s Mansion will also be lit yellow and blue this weekend.  There will also be a Ukrainian flag flown over the mansion.

Abbott says the war in Ukraine is horrible and believes it’s important to advocate for democracy in all nations.
