American Airlines Not Liable For Flight Attendant's Sexual Assault

(Fort Worth, TX) — American Airlines is not liable for a flight attendant’s sexual assault while on work trip.

A Tarrant County jury ruled against Kimberly Goesling. She accused celebrity chef Mark Sargeant of assaulting her inside a hotel room in 2018 while on a work trip to Germany. Sargeant was an independent contractor for the Fort Worth based airline.

Goesling’s attorney tells the Fort Worth Star-Telegram he’s disappointed in the verdict.
