Widow Of NTX Firefighter Sues Mexican Resort, Travel Agency

(Arlington, TX) — The widow of a North Texas firefighter is suing the Mexican resort where he died last year.

Jamie Lynn Snow says Sunwing Travel Group and Blue Diamond Hotels and Resorts Inc. behaved negligently and helped cause Elijah Snow’s death. She blames them for giving her and the Arlington firefighter access to unlimited drinks during their stay in Cancun.

Snow was later found dead after a night of drinking and his family believes he was kidnapped and murdered.
